Interwood interview questions

On Saturday, they interviewed me, and I received a call on Monday saying I was selected and could join the next day. Since I was in another city, I requested to join the following Monday. The interviewer said she would let me know, but when she didn’t respond, I returned to Lahore that night and asked if I could join the next day. She asked me to wait, and after that, I received no reply for two days, and my messages weren’t even seen. I then approached the manager through LinkedIn, and he told me he was out of town and would inform me about my joining date when he returned. After waiting for two weeks and messaging him again, the same thing happened — my message wasn’t even seen.

this process was good, but should be improve by sending emails or response on time. Team should cooperate with all candidates on time. Reponse is delayed many time. Offers are very low.
