Interski Snowsport School interview questions

Interviews We were interviewed together as a couple and had three rounds of interviews with Penny, the HR manager. She was very friendly and kind. We discussed different roles as they decide which role suits best for you and as the team helps out in other roles as well. Blake was going to be resort assistant and I was told that holiday coordinator was right for me, as all team leader positions (or mid management as they call it) were already taken. Interski provides accommodation, food, and lots of snowboarding time and training, but the roles were going to be full on – 24/7 and no ‘that is not my role’ syndrome. We are both hardworking people so no problems there. We did have some question with regards to what exacted they are offering.

Learnt a lesson: odd interview (overnight stay) - after 2 days of teamwork activities with other candidates I was one of the last waiting for the final individual interview. Others were coming out saying that they had been asked which of us they would "fire" if they had to. Management found this out and came to pressure the rest of us waiting to tell them who told us the questions. Alarm bells ringing but took the job and regretted it. Very hierarchical even at interview stage, only managers spoke and people were called out for looking "vacant" during presentations etc.
