Interview
Initial resume screen, followed by HR behavioral interview, technical project finance assessment, case study modeling exercise, and final round with senior bankers evaluating fit, commercial judgment, and ability to analyze infrastructure investments.
Interview was straighforward. The interviewer was late but sent me a email and let me know. He asked me basic interview questions. The process took about half hour and then I met with three other interviewers . They were from various departments and it was straightforwsd. The had me come in for a 2nd interview in person and it was not pretty. I basically bombed it and did not get the job.

Interview
Interviewed with the Talent Acquisition Manager. The interviewer had no clue about the requirements. He continually asked if I was familiar with job description and then proceeded to read job descript aloud. Told me this was a newly created position Asked the same questions many times over. Kept asking for my salary requirements but would not provide salary range. Finally told me it was a junior position. It was very difficult to speak with him. Red Flags everywhere!
