I was interviewed in three steps by an HR Talent manager, CIO and by the Commercial director. Both interviews were very meticulous and structured and lasted 1 hour each. At the first one I was asked general questions regarding my career history, my professional experiences, team management skills, conflict resolution skills, my family and my hobbies. My second interview was concerned with my technical knowledge specifically regarding my ERP and CRM experience, project management techniques, business analysis. The very last one was mainly about the task at hand itself and my take on various subject regarding project implementation.
