Intero Real Estate Services interview questions

Lots of looking up and down at me which was not great, Mostly small talk as if you're hired already but we need to have an interview. I was shown around the office and where I would sit. I was told Tuesday office meetings are somewhat mandatory, but otherwise I'm the boss of my own business.

I was scheduled for an interview on a weekend when every one was in a holiday mood. I was grateful the manager showed up at the office at a very short notice before he went on a family vacation. To my surprise the interview was very informal
