Not at all intimidating, interview felt more like an informal chat. The interviewer was friendly and chatty and obviously considerate of the fact that most interviewees are nervous, this helped a lot.

I had a nice interview in May 2025 that seemed to focus on what I wanted from the position. The questions weren't difficult, but they made me think for sure. Lasted about 1 hour.

I had to talk about challenging situations in class but also about what I want form a school, e.g the kind of team I want to work with, the classes I prefer to teach,the way I want someone to manage me and so on
