Pleasant people, but extremely shameful talent acquisition practices. After three interview rounds with different managers, the careers team twice confirmed that an offer would be sent shortly. However, after this exchange, communication stopped for three weeks without explanation. They eventually followed up to rescind the offer, citing plans to fill the position at a lower rate.

No phone interview. Was scheduled for an interview over 2 weeks from time of email. Interview was in person at the office, downtown. Nice work environment. Role was recently reposted, company did not bother to email me with an update on my application.
