Interview
It was a bit lengthy but I also realize they wanted to make sure they were selecting the right candidate for the job... Some of the information I was given regarding the hiring process was contradictory, but again, I realize this was a difficult decision and there were lots of people changing roles during this process.

Question 1
One thing they asked me that threw me for a sec because it wasn't a traditional interviewing question was, "Describe a time you knew you were right about something and how did you go about proving that to others" or something along those lines!

Interview
HR team handled first screening interview, then I was invited to have a meeting with my direct manager, who made a decision to move further in hiring process. In total there were 3 or 4 rounds of interviews, all were very professional, friendly and transparent. The next step was always discussed at the end of the call/meeting so I was not left in the dark. The whole process was seamless and team was very proactive and efficient.

The interview process was thorough, thoughtful, and highly professional from start to finish. I had multiple interview with several members of the team - I learned a lot about the role, expectations, and company culture.

Interview
First meeting was via Teams with the Manager. Second was at a coffee shop with the Manager and soon to be counterpart. Third was via Teams with the Manager and the VP of sales for our coast. Everyone was professional and kind.
