After rescheduling times on me, the interview itself was nice and strangely casual. Staying to our times was a challenge for the person interviewing me. I understand things happen, but truthfully this resonated as unorganized to me. It didn't seem like the person had any specific questions, which made answering her challenging. Not much guidance in the conversation and this person doesn't seem to have a wide range of knowledge of the company's internal processes. It was hard to know how the conversation was going when I wasn't confident she knew what she was talking about.
Overall, disappointing to be rescheduled 3 times only to hear they are going with someone else from someone I don't think knows the role fully.
