      Trader Interview

      May 21, 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Madison, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Interco (Madison, IL) in Aug 2016

      Interview

First, there's a phone interview. It takes about a half hour. A lot of talking about what goes on at Interco, how the company works, what's involved in the day-to-day, how as a potential employer I would feel about it, what experience I have that relates, etc. Then there's the in-person interview that includes a tour of the facility. It's a huge place and just that part alone takes at least a half hour. The interview begins in the conference room. Then there's the tour. Then it's back to the conference room where you may be met by another manager, but maybe not. It takes about an hour. Pretty casual...they say business casual attire...and they mean it. Don;t ear a tie or a suit. A lot of people think that impresses, but it's just stupid since the warehouse is pretty industrial (dirty).

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

The questions are basically a review of what you're doing now, what you think about working at Interco, what excites you about making a change, why a change, what's important to you.
