Sourced by 3rd party agency. Met with them 3 times followed by a 4th interview directly with Hiring Manager. Was granted a 5th interview when I was considering turning down the job.
Three rounds; initial recruiter call to gauge interest, staffing and talent call to dive deeper into work history, finally a video call with dept. leader. All super straightforward and friendly.
