I applied through university. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at IntelliProp (Longmont, CO) in Feb 2019
Interview
One phone interview consisting primarily of basic C and Verilog question. The onsite call was much more challenging since I was asked to do programming . The interviewers focused primarily on basic c programming question and problems encountered in real world. It was a different interview experience since some of the question were pretty new(challenging) whose answers were not even available on intenet

Interview
applied through my school online jobsite. Got an email within a few weeks to set up a phone interview. Phone interview lasted about 35 minutes. was asked general interview questions. Heard back after a few weeks saying i got the position. Very easy process. The interview process for a full time position is way more extensive; it is technical and lasts all day.
