I applied through university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Intellect Design Arena (Jaipur, Rajasthan) in Sep 2016
Interview
1st round : Apti + Java. There were 60 apti questions and 40 java questions. Apti was pretty easy and java was average.
2nd round : GD. Topics were random for each group. My topic was "Is facebook good or bad for society"?
3rd round : HR round. Very general HR questions were asked.
Finally 6 were selected.

Question 1
In HR round they asked me questions like why didnt I pursue table tennis if I am so good at it
and do i have any regret in my life.
Interview process was mainly virtual, with Level 1 and Level 2, followed by a HR round. Starting from receiving the initial call till the date of joining the follow up was very nice by the entire team and they made sure there are no hiccups during the interview process.

They mainly check you coding knowledge, technology understanding which includes the architecture and real time scenarios.
1.SOP -different topics regarding human psychology
2. GD- Many topics regarding AI & pros and cons of technology
3. PI (2 rounds) - Problem solving and hunger for the job

Starts with a GD (Basic topics)
Then a technical and HR interview combined the HR will try to see if you are a cultural fit. And if you are willing to work outside the designated work hours. In technical they try to see how well you apply the theoritical knowledge
