was contacted by phone from a genetleman who saw my resume on monster. did not hesitate to spend a lot of time on the phone. said i was a perfect fit. flew out of state for the interview. did this because i was a perfect fit. went to interview. nothing. would have been nice if the individual took the time to contact me to tell me what happened.
