Easy going interview with the Director of IRI. Basic questions about past employment. Unlike other jobs out there you don't encounter those annoying "situational" type questions. More of a sit and get to know you kind of thing.

It was a nice, easy-going review. Joseph seemed very laid-back and potentially easy to work with at IRI. The staff at IRI all seemed like very nice people to work with, and I enjoyed meeting each and every one of them.

Interview
The interview process was pretty easy and not nerve-wracking at all. The manager who interviewed me seemed to have a very gentle personality. Asked pretty standard questions. Truthfully, I think almost anyone can pass this interview.
