The interview process started with a phone interview with the London office manager, general questions about myself and what I did at university. Then I did a online Java/JavaScript test and after passing that, it was a 15-20 min presentation (any tech topic) with question/answer time in front of the manager and 2 senior developers at the London office. Then the next day a 1 hour web chat about my test submission with 2 developers at their New York office.
