They don't respond. I called, they said the position was on hold. My friend also applied and had less qualifications then I did. He told me he had an interview with them that week. I called back and wanted an explanation, they said they were just going with candidates with degrees from Ivy league schools because there were so many. I went to Dartmouth, he went to Penn State. Later I was called in for an interview for the position anyway. Evidently the candidate left after the first day of work. I interviewed and then declined.
