InteSolv Business Systems interview questions

Applied for internship, but was asked to interview for full time developer position. Was introduced to HR manager and two of the developers of the team I would have been working with. Asked about my programming and database knowledge, asked some programming questions (identify what is wrong with this code, etc.). Most of the questions were routine. But others were just silly. They asked me Google's famous manhole cover question. Asked a non-general knowledge question about html and css forms ( a problem they'd been working on, apparently for a few days). I was also asked a question about salary. Finally, one of the interviewers asked if I had left a particular (and rather innocuous) review of a music album on Amazon; how this last question was relevant to the interview, I do not know. I left the interview wondering if I wanted to work for them at all.
