Particularly dominated on assessing whether you can handle pressure.The interview process is quite conventional .I was called in to meet a panel of the department heads , operations, Accounts and a external associate.
First Interview with management, then HR. Mainly focus on job experience sharing and my capability to contribution. Background information sharing and expectation are also discussed. For Human Resources interview, mainly discussions on the suitability on job nature and the career path.
Second interview with top management. Mainly focus on job experience and view on the new position.
Whole process last for around a half day.
