I was told that there would be 3 stages of interviews for a 6 month contract. They often repeated questions in the interviews, and some questions were nonsense. After the 3rd stage, they added another stage. After the 4th stage, they added a case study with presentstion, thus 5 stages in total for a 6 month contract!
It was very unprofessional and shows that the accounting management are indecisive. It also showed that they took advantage of candidates because of the bad job market.
When I joined the company, I regreted it a lot. The interview process really had a lot of red flags that foreshadowed what happened when I joined the company
