Applied on the website with a cover letter and heard back in about 3 weeks for an interview. The interview starts with the recruiter and then moves on to the team you will be working with. They ask both technical and behavioral questions. Heard back from them about 2-3 weeks after the interview.

The interview process took 2 weeks. HR first reaches out to schedule on site interview. I interviewed at Insulet in Billerica, MA in March of 2018. The interview was with 6 different employees on the engineering team for 30 minutes each. All interviews were professional and all the conversations were different.
