Had two panel interviews and then a final individual interview. Questions asked across all interviews overlapped greatly, which gave the impression that feedback wasn't shared between panelists nor the person who conducted the final round of interviews. I found this unsettling because the team was very clear that they rely on overcommunication (which is just micromanagement) as part of their work practices, so what I was being told didn't add up. A lot of the questions in the interviews were focused on negative situations as well. Received notice from their ATS that I wasn't moving forward on a Friday afternoon before a long weekend, which told me everything that I needed to know about their company culture and how (un)healthy it was.
