Initial interview - online via the website, recorded. Second, with a live interviewer and was about 45 mins to 1 hour. General questions and questions on reading, books, characters from books, a situational question dealing with a student. Very positive experience.

What are you reading at the moment? Share some of your favorite books and why do you like them.
First there is a video screening. Then, you interview with over Zoom. You do have to do a mock teaching scenario where you act like you're teaching an unresponsive student.
