I applied online. I interviewed at InspireLife Management (Blue Ash, OH) in Apr 2017
Interview
Basically told in the first interview that I could own my own business and that it was a management trainee program. I would be doing nothing like what the original job posting was for. Wouldn't have been so annoyed if they would just posted that they need sales people because that's all this job is. There is no Marketing or Brand Management. All your doing is selling Direct TV and AIG. It's a pyramid scheme in its most basic form. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Question 1
No questions were difficult, they are just looking for bodies to push products.

Interview
Go in for an initial interview, after you speak with someone on the phone. If you are what they are looking for they will ask you to come back and go out to a store to see what you would be doing. Then you would be asked additional questions.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at InspireLife Management (Cincinnati, OH) in Sep 2016
Interview
1st interview was decent, questions asked about yourself from the interviewer. Going over what the management makes and how you as a sales rep can progress to making what they make annually. Very little information given on the How To process.
