I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inspira Marketing (San Francisco, CA) in Mar 2018
Interview
My interview was very brief which, from previous experience, typically isn't a good sign. However, the Diageo/Inspira team, was efficient in their pre-interview research so the process was quick and to the point.
I enjoyed learning more about the company and the open position and I was excited to share how I could be an asset to the team
Following my interview, I was asked to put together a brief PowerPoint presentation to demonstrate how I would approach a particular challenge within the role

Quick and to the point - great experience overall! The hiring managers were casual in their approach, but asked detailed questions regarding the territory to gauge your knowledge of the industry and its consumers.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Inspira Marketing (Seattle, WA) in Jul 2020
Interview
Brief, with heavy input from Diageo State Reps. Also had State distributor VPs in the room so was very difficult to figure out who I was interviewing with and who my direct supervisor would be.
