Terrible. Recruiter pursued me for an interview then disappeared and wouldn't respond to my calls or emails! I took time off for 1.5 interview, took an assessment, completed background check, application, etc and then the recruiter would not call back to even let me know I wasn't chosen. I was told that I would move on to another interview but nothing happened and I heard through the grapevine that the position was filled. Completely unprofessional to not even deny me after putting in so much time and energy. The position sounded great but I believe it might not be the type of company that I (or you) would want to work for.
