casual interview, just a couple of conversations with the CEO and the Ops head. The easiest interview I've ever done, I think the interviewers were more interested in culture fit and initiative than anything else. Got a pretty low offer and didn't pursue, but the people I talked to were very kind.

Tell us about a time where you had to work on a project from front to back, and took ownership of it.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inspectify (Seattle, WA) in Sep 2021
Interview
Interview with the Cofounder and CEO first, then interview with the hiring manager. Scheduled first interview via LinkedIn, then via email. Interview process took 2 weeks. Interviews were both incredibly conversational. I was offered a different position than the one I originally applied for.

Question 1
Q: What is a project you have completed from beginning to end, what did you learn from it, and what would you do differently?

Interview
Very efficient process. Hiring manager was also recruiter here and extremely communicative throughout process.
First phone screen with hiring manager, then a second round with hiring manager for a more in-depth product interview the following week. Last round was interviewing with co-founders (CEO & CTO) and head of marketing separately for 45 minutes.
Overall one of the cooler companies I've had the opportunity to interview with. All the interviews were very conversational and talking through real problems they are working on. None of the "how many ping pong balls could fit in a 747" nonsense here.
Everyone I chatted with was very humble, down to earth and most importantly excited about what they are building at Inspectify. This wasn't the right opportunity for me but would highly recommend this company.
