One of the best selection processes I've had. After the initial meeting with Recruiting Manager I have received a clear path on how the process will continue (Who I was going to interview with & expected duration of each interview). After the initial meeting I received an assesment to complete (5 questions about yourself, achievements, opportunities to improve, how do you see your self in 5 years from now). Everyone I interview with has showed genuine interest in knowing me (both, my personality and my profesional background). They were also interested about my thoughts about diversirty and inclussion. For the mock sales exercise I was given a "Situation" and needed to figure it out the data (from my team as well as for customer team) and build a commercial proposal. (all "online" with the interviewer on the other side).
