Interview
The interview had two steps. First with HR and later with one of the team engineers. They walk you through what they do in the company and ask you about your academic formation. They are very focused on the grades and side projects from college. They ask about technical skills knowledge and how do you see yourself in 5 years time.
I had a skype interview with two of the area leaders on two different interviews, on the first one they interviewed me for background and talked about job description and on the second one we discussed payment and starting date
