I went for the first day and there wer about 25candidates (divided in two groups). The took the group to the BDO and he asked to introduce. He will ask questions in between. He will finaly select candidates on the basis of performance, language, attitude, availability of joining etc. And the selected candidates will be asked to attend the face to face interview. I really don't know the details of f2f intrvw as i didn't attend.
