I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Inn at Laurel Point (Gatlinburg, TN) in May 2019
Interview
The interview process was relatively easy and relaxed. I interviewed with the manager and project manager to begin with. They were friendly and honest. I thought they were going to have to set up a 2nd interview with the office manager, but as it turned out, she was available to go ahead and see me to complete the interview.

Question 1
What skills do you have that would be beneficial to our company
It was a three-step process. First is a preliminary phone interview which lasts about 15 minutes. If you make it through the next round, there's a technical interview with the HR Manager and the Front Office Manager. Last step is an interview with the Director of Rooms.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Inn at Laurel Point (Victoria, BC) in Mar 2015
Interview
Professional but comfortable. HR & F&B Director were welcoming and easy to talk with. Initially I did a phone interview, then proceeded to get called back for a panel interview (2:1). I was then offered a job and went straight into orientation once my schooling finished. Their interviews were well performed and I felt like I was taken seriously which is always good for confidence.
