InkJet interview questions

I sent over my resume, was then asked to do an assessment of skills test. Once that was completed, I was called for a phone conversation with the hiring manager. Before completing the call, he asked for a face to face coffee meeting. I was then invited to the plant for a meeting with the CEO, HR and the hiring manager once again. I was offered the position upon completion of that meeting along with a plant tour.

One face to face meeting with our Human Recourses Manager Assessment Testing for this Position: 1. Typing Test- Speed/ Time/ Mistake Count 2. Microsoft Excel Knowledge 3. Proof Reading Exam 4. Grammar Exam 5. Personality Assessment Final objective was to answer a two page questionnaire over the Executive Assistant Position itself, given by the Head Executive.
