Interview
I was reached out to first on LinkedIn. HR was easy to talk to but very slow to get back to me throughout the process. I first applied in August and the process ended for me in early November - 2 months in total. The hiring unit manager I spoke to on the phone was curt and unpleasant to speak to. Honestly relieved I didn’t get the offer because I wouldn’t want to work under the person I interviewed with.

Interview
The overall process was pretty straightforward. There were three steps, which were: 30-minute phone interview with HR, 30-minute phone interview with plant leaders and a 3-4hour onsite interview.
Everyone I met/spoke to were very friendly and professional.

Interview
Extremely disconnected between recruiter & the site… wasn’t sure what unit I was interviewing for, or even who I would be reporting to. Scheduled a 2 hour site tour with multiple people that I was told was very informal & would be an hour long with one person. This was after they said they were drafting me an offer (and I have heard this from others, too)… if sulfur dioxide gives you headaches, stay away from this plant lol

Interview process began with a phone interview which included a discussion of the company, the applicant's background and several behavioral questions. Next round of interviewing included three rounds of interviews with a plant tour. The interviews were mostly composed of behavioral/situational questions.
