I have been called by person who most likely haven't read my CV, as was unaware I currently work as an employment advisor. I've been asked do I agree to work for salary indicated in advert and my application has been processed together with email confirming assessment day following week. It clearly stated I will receive MS teams link day prior assessment, but as I didn't I responded to the email sent asking for further steps. I have been informed the assessment has been cancelled and email informing me about it has been sent incorrectly, also I will be contacted next day to discuss rearranging - no one called or contacted me in any other way. Sent an email asking to withdraw my application, but also did not receive any response. Very disappointing behavior from such a big, well known company.

Clear, honest and structured. Got to know me and what was important to me. My end goals and how working together would help me reach them. Great interview! Well managed.
Easy, 3 stages and went by quick. The assessments centre was on teams and giving a scenario in a group and how they would handle it. Interviews were face to face a week after and it went well.

Had a general screening, followed by an all day interview process. This consisted role plays amongstcandidates, follw3d by a presentation to everyone and finally 1-2-1 competency based interview with the business manager.
