This message is not out of frustration, but out of genuine concern for how candidates are being treated.
After successfully completing three technical interview rounds β with your Delivery Manager, Architect, Senior Developer, and Team Lead β followed by a 30-minute HR discussion on salary, I am extremely disappointed that there has been no clarity, no updates, and no offer release, despite my 5.8 years of professional experience.
It's unacceptable for any organization to play with a candidateβs time, expectations, and effort. A technical interview is designed to assess a candidate's capabilities β even within 30 minutes, experienced professionals can judge skill levels. However, your team took nearly 3+ hours of interviews, and still decided to keep the offer on hold without providing a reason or closure.
This is not professional behavior, and it reflects very poorly on your organizationβs values and hiring process.
Most disappointing of all is the behavior of your HR team, which has been unresponsive, unprofessional, and lacking basic communication ethics.
Let this be clear: If organizations continue to treat candidates like this, people will start speaking up β not just in private, but publicly.
I will be posting this experience on LinkedIn and other social media platforms to raise awareness so others can avoid going through the same ordeal.
