I interviewed at Information Commissioner's Office
Interview
Don't bother applying to work for them. One of the worst interviews I ever had. Complete waste of time. The real candidate they are looking for is ChatGPT in a hat. Robotic, strange, and the lead interviewer was less interested in me as a candidate and more in his shiny hair. He came across as arrogant and condescending so massive bullet dodged if that guy had been the manager for the role (information you are not given by the way).

Question 1
5 mins (strictly) presentation followed by 5 robotic questions you get in advance that you then need to recite the answer to in the STAR template.

I applied online. I interviewed at Information Commissioner's Office in Aug 2023
Interview
I find this interview process a little strange. I applied for 3 posts and once they met me at the first interview, my other 2 applications were cancelled. They struggled to explain why and responses came after 8 months of following up. I don't believe they are a diverse employer, they only preach it but don't practice. They deny talented people they opportunities based on their characteristics which is unlawful.

Question 1
they ask about litigation and for a presentation nothing out of the ordinary
