Interview difficulty level was Average . Had a good discussion with interviewers. Cleared all the rounds for Tech Lead position, provided all the documents at final stage but did not receive any offer and no communication. When followed up with the HR after a week received a weird email from some other HR saying 'at this moment of time we do not have opportunities commensurate with your varied skills and experience' . I think they are collecting Salary Slips and other data from the candidates for their own interest.
