In financial year end, They will call you with promising that your expectations would he fulfilled and after successful completion of interview they will not even negotiate for salary discussion. They are just sending Intent of letter with 12% hike . If you questioned then they would give 20% hike. and this would be last. If any one living outside NCR with lesser salary, then how interviewee will survive at NCR with such type of hike. They will last saying ,please justify if you want more than this salary. I have wasted one day duty, 10 ltrs of petrol and toll and results as said.
First they will take aptitude test, objective portion would be easy but subjective portion would be CAT level. Then they will take intervew from team manager and last from CEO / CXO level.
