The Interview Process took around 3 days from the time of commencement. The focus of the interview was on analyzing my level of competency to take up the job role based on my academic and short work experience before. The level of German language knowledge was also stressed upon. The candidate was expected to have clear views on his career goals in regard to the field of choice and a good assertion to that.
