Was long and interviewed by all women. None of them even had an agriculture degree or background. Feel like I had plenty of agriculture experience to be passed over for this entry level position.

After an initial phone screen interview, you’ll be invited to the office for a few hours of interviews. You’ll meet with different people on the team, back to back (with a break built in). The people who interview you will likely be focused on one or two specific job responsibilities, so be sure to familiarize yourself with the role.
