Interview
Was interviewed by the creative director, was quick and to the point, basically hired on the spot. I was fresh out of college at the time. The offered pay was pretty low but I mostly wanted the experience.
Brief phone screen/ interview with not really a formal interview process. This is an unpaid internship, so the interview process was not really intense. When I arrived for what I thought was the interview, I was greeted with a brief tour of the office, and told to come back starting next week.
