They were professional throughout the process. They conducted an information session the day prior to the interview and explained what IOCL does and answered a lot of questions. It was really helpful. The interview was a 1-day process with a panel of atleast 5 that included both HR and technical staff.

first the advertisement comes in november-december of each year. It is asked to fill the details Gate Registration no. in the application form which ends in January.
