Interview
Simple and Easy. I go into an office in the middle of a loading dock and talk to the owner John who turns out has a huge Napoleon complex . Standard BS questions. Then I go to office where the workers are gossiping about John sleeping with office manager. Everyone smiles and is happy when the boss or manager are around. As soon as they leave everyone basically says how much they hate it there. We all talk about how we need the job so we need to suck it up.

Interview
Was asked questions about work ethic and experience with trucking. There was a discussion of past experience and ability to handle talking on phone. Later was taken around building and asked if this was the kind of place I wanted to work.
