Well! I'm from kolkata , i heard about Walk-in interview for Indigo Airlines. I enquired about it and got to know it was on Indismart Hotel. On sharp 12am I reached, there were already 30-40 peoples. I submitted my resume. Sudeshna Maity Madam was there for Interview. Total 6-7 people were called together in meeting room

1. Very slow and they don't have a proper organized plan 2. They should avoid have huge number of candidates on the same day make the day very worse. 3. Arrangements are not proper made.

Interview
The interview process was smooth. You do need to have a good command over your language and also be prepared (read about the company). You need to be well groomed when you come to the interview (Men: shaved or trimmed beard. Women: Hair tied neatly in a bun and no loud make-up). Graduation is must for ground staff.
