Independence Care System interview questions

Phone screen by recruiter and then interview was set up with hiring manager. 2nd interview was set up with lateral level staff to continue to discuss the open position, expectations and experience.

The interview process was lengthy and a little difficult. Before I officially met the interviewers I was asked to read over a case scenario and answer a few questions. Then I met with three staff members and spoke about myself and answered some behavioral based questions. Some questions were a little tricky to answer right on the spot; however, the staff members made me feel comfortable and were very friendly.
