The interview process was very easy and simple. The interviewer was very sweet and charming helping the process. She pretty much asked basic questions about my work history to build my profile.

Overall a very long day of presentations, interviews and information however that is understandable as the company has very high standards. We were told to arrive 15 minutes early and were then taken in to the room where the hiring manager for Syft was. There was about an hour and a half long presentation all about the app and how to set it up, and the company, the standards set, everything about what you should expect from the company including pay, health and safety, rules and regulations, how to dress, how to be a good team member, behaviour expectations etc. Then was the face-to-face interviews with the manager which was relaxed as they just wanted to know about your experience - they do not expect you to go and do a job you are not comfortable with. This process probably took the longest as the interviews were about 20 minutes each and there were about 10 candidates, but again this is understandable as they need to make sure they are hiring the right people. I was made to feel at ease and feel confident and feel knowledgeable about the company now.

Easy Process They just ask you about your experience. They were happy to train you if you didn't have any experience. Though this was back in 2017 so might be different now.
