I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Incommunities (Shipley, Yorkshire and the Humber, England)
Interview
The interview process was efficient and well-organized. Within a week of applying on LinkedIn, I was contacted by the HR team for a preliminary screening call. Shortly after, I was invited to a virtual first-round interview with the Change Delivery Manager and Head of Strategic Business Change.
The interviewers were friendly and professional, creating a comfortable atmosphere. They focused on the competencies outlined by HR, such as Risk Management, Data-Driven Decision Making, and Change Management. They also presented a hypothetical scenario to assess my problem-solving skills.
Following the first round, I was invited to visit the office in Shipley to meet the team and learn more about the role. This visit provided valuable insights into the company culture and work environment.
I received a verbal offer shortly after the office visit, followed by a formal offer letter. The entire process was smooth and transparent, with timely communication from the HR team.
