Very simple interview process- applied online, received an email a couple days later for short networking call, completed some practice tasks, and then had a 1:1 final interview to double check everything aligned.

Interview
Round 1: Resume
I was contacted by a company recruiter on LinkedIn who told gave me the job description and accepted my resume for review.
Round 2: Info session followed by untimed assessment tasks
The 30 minute info session involved a recruiter providing a group of candidates details of the company and the role, allowing for questions throughout. The recruiter also provided details of how the rest of the recruitment process would unfold.
Round 3: Follow-up interview with some role-play
The interviewer followed up on information I already provided, showing she did indeed read my application. The questions were relevant and about company fit. I then got a mock question as though the recruiter were a student seeking my advice on a particular topic. There were no vague questions such as "where do you see yourself in 5 years", or any thought exercises. All questions were directly related to the particular position, full transparency.
