They simply took a look at my resume and then asked when I would be available. They really take whoever they can get and the screening process is a little non-existent. Easy to get a job, but that means the employee quality is really a hit or miss.

1 phone interview, a 2-on-1 in-person interview. And a drug test. They were friendly and I felt comfortable, casual. The phone interview was about 15 minutes and the inperson interiew was about 45 minutes.
