Impulse Creative UX-UI Designer interview questions

3 rounds of interviews with a recruiter phone screen and then meeting HR and then a fellow designer. The whole process was smooth, but don't tell the fellow designer that you are a perfectionist as your weakness. He hates that, and you watch the whole job fly out the window in his eyes before never hearing back from the company. Seems like a great place to work other than that weird caveat
